高速钻攻中心机床概述

1、机床用途及使用范围：

   高速钻攻中心立式钻铣中心是新一代精密高速、高效的现代化加工机床，可一次装夹，自动连续完成对零件的铣削、钻孔、扩孔及攻丝等多种工序加工，适用于中等批量生产的各种平面、孔、复杂形状表面的加工，尤其是多孔中、小型箱体类零件更为方便，节省工装，缩短生产周期，提高加工精度；是国防工业、拖拉机、轻工行业、汽车制造、纺织机械、模具行业以及箱体类零件加工的理想加工设备。

2、机床主要特点：

1） 光机台湾制造，铸件经由有限元分析分法电脑计算分析，高速钻攻中心立式合理的结构强度及加强筋合理搭配，底座、床鞍等重要结合面，均采用一体式支撑设计，使机床拥有刚性和负荷的承载能力。

2） 台湾原厂成套主轴；主轴轴承采用fag或nsk轴承，精度稳定，刚性好，温升低。

3） 主电机采用数字伺服电机驱动,采用与主轴直接联接驱动的方式，使主轴获得高达10000rpm的运转速度。

4） x、y、z直线坐标均采用伺服电机与高刚性滚珠丝杠副通过联轴器联接，高扭矩马达缩短轴向定位时间。丝杠支撑形式采用预拉伸的结构，有效提高机床的热稳定性。配以雷尼绍激光干涉仪进行间隙补偿，使之保持优异的定位精度、重复定位精度。x、y、z向支承导轨均为直线滚动导轨，利用钢珠的滚动, 有着更低的摩擦系数和极低的噪音，适于高速运动和加工，提升30%-50%定位时间，极大提高工作效率。

5） 机床配备切屑冲洗装置及高效的自动排屑系统，自动化程度高。

6） 换刀装置，整体外购台湾刀库，换刀时间短，性能可靠。

7） 机床配有全封闭防护罩。

数控钻孔攻牙机机械特性：

① 超大型立柱稳固，精度准。

② 超大跨距底座，采六点支撑结构扎实，高速位移，不震动，不变形。

③ 三轴高速位移达48m/分，速度快，节省加工时间。

④ 低惯性的主轴设计，主轴直接驱动，高稳定性，夹臂刀库换刀快速准确，

⑤ 换刀时间为1.4秒，除零件加工外，非常适合钻直径较小的孔。

⑥ 用高功能ac主轴伺服马达与人性化的对话式界面，便于操作。

 大炉工段由技术人员同老工艺师经过长期科学实践制定完善了对各种牌号铸件，进行炉后配料及炉前铁水孕育和合金化处理的严格成熟工艺，对准确达到各种牌号铸件的分析奠定了坚实的基础，铸造厂区可提供单重80吨，各种牌号铸件，年铸造能力达到10000吨以上，重型机加工车间大平面机加工尺寸可达16×5×2.5（长×宽×高）米，大件机加工设备有：b2116、b2025、b2020a/1龙门刨床5台，xl2020、x2125、x3038龙门铣床6台， z3040、z3080摇臂钻床4台，5m  8m端面铣床2台，及车、铣、磨、镗等普通设备45余台套。
